Shipping
Shipping within Japan will be done through Kuroneko Yamato Courier Services.
Countries outside of Japan will make use of Express Mail Service (EMS) Shipping.

The shipping fees vary for different areas, as noted below:
North America, Oceania and the Middle East: 4,000JPY
Europe: 4,600JPY
South America and Africa: 7,000JPY
Returns / Exchanges
We unfortunately do not accept returns of products. (This includes purchasing the incorrect size, the product differing from expectations or mistaking your order)
We will accept exchanges for faulty products, or accidental sending of the incorrect product, or damage while in shipping.
Please mail us with the details of the fault or damage within one week of receiving your product. We will inform you further about the return within three working days.

Price Information
All prices on this site are in Japanese Yen.The amount you will need to pay is the total product selling price together with the shipping cost.
Please also note that when ordered from Japan, you may be charged custom duties or import tax on the items you purchase upon receipt of the items in your country.
Payment Options
Our site makes use of PayPal for payment. The payment will be made in Japanese Yen and converted with the current conversion rate set by your credit card company. If there are any differences between the final conversation and the amount we receive you will not be charged any further fees. When the PayPal address and the shipping address provided to us differ, we will contact you in order to confirm the correct address to send to.
PayPal is a payment gateway service that allows you to safely and quickly purchase using any credit card. Your credit card number is kept safe by PayPal, meaning you can safely make purchases online whenever needed.
